Senior Hr Executive

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for leading and executing the company's full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment & selection, payroll processing, talent development, compensations and benefits, employee engagement, training, performance management & staff discipline to ensure smooth daily operations in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as Malaysia Employment Laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and executing the company's full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
Responsible for recruitment & selection, payroll processing, talent development, compensations and benefits, employee engagement, training, performance management & staff discipline.
Responsible to ensure smooth operations for internal & external audits in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as Malaysia Employment Laws.
Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
Ensure all compliance related to the Company's Human Resources are met.
Carry out recruitment plans and activities to achieve timely requisition of manpower for the company and departmental operating requirements.
Monitor the company's yearly training plan to upgrade and improve employees' competencies level based on the company's business direction.
Ensure the implementation of company policy and rules & regulations align with the company's goals and employees' needs.
Liaise with our group of companies when necessary.
Oversee the company's administrative function and outsourced services, including general purchasing, management of the office premises, facilities and all office equipment and property, ensuring workplace safety and provision of working tools.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Experienced over 5 years in HR.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Administration or equivalent.
Good knowledge and understanding of legal aspects such as the Employment Act, Labour Law, and Industrial Relations Act.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
