Job DescriptionManage payroll, commissions, and leave administration.
Arrange interviews and issue offer letters.
Manage office operations, including inventory, purchasing, facilities, and employee claims.
Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
Involve in HR projects and initiatives e.g., organizing team building and company events.
Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process.
Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Inform and liaise with candidates to sign Letters of Offer and provide necessary documents, such as Bank Account details, qualification certificates, and testimonials.
Arrange workplace, computer, office equipment/stationery, and PPE.
Create new worker/staff information in the HR system.
Ensure all supporting documents for payroll are filed in the payroll file for audit purposes.
Monitor and update the list of certifications and training courses attended by staff.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements? At least 2 years of experience and a Diploma in business administration, human resources, or related fields.
? Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office.
