Senior Hr Executive (Training & Development L Fresh Graduate L Near Mrt)

To manage the full spectrum of the training & development process
Monitoring training expenses/budget and administering HRDF, organizing e-learning training for new joiners and yearly training
Assist in planning and conducting new joiners' orientation.
Handle employee Engagement and Branding activities
Assist in leading, follow up with CSR leads, and coordinate CSR programs
Who are We Looking For?
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Competency in using Microsoft Office i.e.
Excel, Word, Power Point.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task, independent, resourceful and well organized.
