Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies that align with the business goals of a fast-paced retail giant, focusing on people development, talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
Talent ManagementLead workforce planning and talent development initiatives, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent across all levels of the organization.
Employee RelationsFoster a positive and inclusive workplace environment, handling complex employee relations issues and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Organizational DevelopmentImplement organizational change initiatives, working closely with leadership to manage transitions, improve business processes, and support company growth.
Performance ManagementOversee the performance management cycle, ensuring clear communication of objectives, continuous feedback, and robust development plans for employees.
Compliance and Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
Culture and EngagementAct as a culture champion, driving engagement programs and initiatives that support a strong, positive workplace environment.
HR OperationsLead HR operations, including payroll, compensation, and benefits management, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company policies.
The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in retail or large commercial environments.
Proven experience in managing large teams and working within a fast-paced, high-volume organization.
Expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in a retail setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.
