Our client is in search of a Senior Human Resources Manager to join their dedicated team.
This role offers the opportunity to support the Head of Human Resources in managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring all areas meet customer expectations and key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for executing transformation projects within the HR department, driving efficiency, process improvement, and enhancing employee experience.

Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the Compensation & Benefits function, ensuring it aligns with market practices to attract and retain top talent.
You'll collaborate closely with department heads, aligning Human Resources strategies with company objectives.
Your strategic partnership with the Head of Human Resources and other Heads of Departments/CEO will provide valuable insights and guidance on improving the HR agenda.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure competitive and aligned Compensation & Benefits structure
Streamline Human Resources operations and processes with smart utilisation of current HR management software and tools
Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and align Human Resources strategies with company's objectives
Serve as a strategic partner to Head of Human Resources and other Heads of Departments/CEO, providing insights and guidance on improving the HR agenda
Implement initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion to foster collaboration within the company
Analyse, administer and evaluate bi-annual employee engagement survey, making actionable recommendations to leadership based on results
Oversee Talent Development function to support succession planning and training and development programs internally
Oversee Payroll function to support in monthly operations and reporting
Oversee Recruitment function to support in building talent pipeline and acquisition in top tier candidates within the industry as well as streamlining the recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience
What you bring:
Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources
Minimum 10 to 15 years experience as HR Generalist in multinational corporations
Proven track record in change management, HR transformation
Prior experience in setting up Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators for HR team
Ability to manage and provide guidance to a team of HR Personnel to achieve higher productivity
Results driven, self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
Excellent leadership skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP Success Factor.
