Job Title: Senior HR Payroll Specialist
Reports to: HR & Administration Manager
We are looking to hire a dedicated Senior HR Payroll Specialist with proven experience in payroll calculations, statutory deductions, tax withholding, and other related HR operation matters.
PayrollResponsible for end-to-end payroll process, calculations, deductions, tax withholding, and other related matters for employees and Directors, to be carried out systematically in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with relevant Malaysian labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Familiar with tax submission and personal tax declaration process.
Generate annual year-end tax reporting and forms for employees and Directors.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Directors to resolve payroll-related issues.
Address employees' inquiries regarding payroll, tax, and other benefits.
HR OperationAudits: Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and generate reports for management review or external auditors.
Generate related letters, such as bonus payment letters and increment/promotion letters.
Staff record management - update and maintain staff list.
Resignation process: guide resigning employees through the process of submitting necessary paperwork, such as resignation letters and clearance forms, ensuring timely processing of final payments and benefits.
Oversee employee monthly claims and ensure timely payout.
Manage administration of employee transfer, promotion, and termination process.
RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business management, or related field.
5 years and above experience in payroll management.
Excellent knowledge of Malaysia labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and functions for data analysis, calculations, and reporting.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality to ensure that sensitive information is protected.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to converse well inMandarindue to work associates.
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and directors.
Preferably able to operateInfo-Tech HRMS .
