Your new role
As the HRBP you oversee guiding the organisation in talent development, ensuring adequate workforce for each stage. Other responsibilities include leading discussions and projects, ensuring HR Frameworks are viable to be carried out. This position also offers the chance for regional exposure as they plan to expand across Southeast Asia.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 10 years of HRBP experience, from an MNC, BPO or SSC
Must be very resilient, adaptive, agile, passionate with HRBP kind of task - for business & workforce
A strong understanding of manpower planning/ budgeting, performance review and vast experience in employee relations.
Experienced in qualifying and quantifying data in sectors like people management, rewards, C&B, ASR, Bonus cycle, and IR/ER
