There are several positions available to fulfil the following missions to co-create and execute multi-year learning strategy:
Liaise with departments to identify development needs and address those needs through varied learning experiences. Facilitate training programs using skillful application of adult learning theory. Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development & efficient, fun learning. Lead and/or participate in training/HR related projects and initiatives Create, manage and maintain an internal Learning Management System Manage learning budget in line with SGH's strategy priorities and proactively tap on external funding resources to maximize learning opportunities available for employees. Manage full spectrum of scholarships and sponsorships for students and/or employees include facilitate panel reviews· Source and identify good external training vendors and institutions to support the implementation of training. Ensure the monitoring, tracking, evaluation and report on the impact of learning (KPIs, behavior change, qualitative feedback etc). Requirements A recognized university degree in Training, HR and/or accounting related discipline Strong verbal and written communication skills You are at ease with data and you enjoy being an individual contributor and a strong team player You can build strong & trustful relationships with the people you work with You recognize yourself in our values of Integrity, Compassion and Collaboration Resilient and have an intrapreneurial mindset.
