Build a healthy pipeline of competent and committed leaders through the implementation and review of leadership programmes Partner with Divisions and Departments on the strategic planning and nomination of staff for leadership training Work with training provider to manage leadership workshop logistics Manage administrative aspects of the workshop deployment including email confirmation to participants, monitor and maximise participation rates, database updates and process payments Responsible for monitoring, analysis and reporting of learning budget in line with SGH's strategy priorities for leadership development programmes Liaise with departments to identify development needs and address those needs through varied learning experiences Create, manage and maintain an internal Learning Management System Conduct Learning Needs Analysis with divisions and departments to identify learning needs and communicate approved learning plans Facilitate training programs using skillful application of adult learning theory. Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development & efficient, fun learning Lead and/or participate in the development of training/HR-related projects, initiatives and events Job Requirements
A recognized university degree in Training or HR  Effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage staff at every level and build strong and trusted partnerships with stakeholders Resilient and possess self-drive and motivation as an individual contributor and a team player Comfortable with data and numbers Able to work in dynamic and fast paced working environment Experience in leading projects across different areas of HR and you are able to drive conversations Competent in SuccessFactors Experience in development of new learning initiatives / curriculum design / facilitating training programs Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
