Responsibilities: Develop, implement and manage Human Resources policies and processes to enable the Company to achieve its business goals and performance targets.Manage end to end recruitment and selection process by developing job descriptions as well as conducting preliminary interviews and induction/orientation program for new recruits.Develop, maintain and administer the job grading system and the salary structures to ensure competitive compensation for all employees.Collaborate with management in the administration of the annual performance appraisal, bonuses and salary review exercise for all employees.Monitor, review and propose improvements in the processes and controls related to the absence, conduct and performance for all employees.Advise management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.Assist management in handling employee disciplinary issues such as issuing of warning letter, monitoring of disciplinary issues, perform investigation and etc.Report to management on all Human Resources-related issues. Propose and execute follow-up preventive and corrective action plan when necessary.Propose improvements in Human Resource management systems, processes and best practices.Develop, lead and implementation of employee retainment and succession planning programme.Managing and administering monthly payroll to ensure timely payout.Maintain an accurate database of employee information.Ensuring legal compliance in relation to the employment of both local and foreign employees (taxation, immigration etc.).Oversee the visa processing for both new and existing foreign employees and their accommodations.Plan team building events and activities related to employee engagement Requirements: Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management; Human Resource Development; Business Administration; or any other relevant fields.Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Management in a senior role, preferably from the Food & Beverage industry. Additional requirement:
Knowledge of Malaysian employment law and its application. Knowledge of best practice in HR functions. Have full spectrum of HR knowledge, payroll, Malaysian Labour Laws, statutory requirements and prevailing human resource practices.
