Senior Human Resource Executive (Generalist)Responsibilities:
Maintain HR & Payroll System by ensuring employee information, data, and movement records are updated regularly.
Prepare HR management reports by consolidating and analyzing data to facilitate decision-making and action planning.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll records, tax filings, and other related documents to ensure accuracy.
Handle self-bill E-invoice and submission before the due date.
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, deductions, medical claims, etc.
Ensure all documents are in order & compliance, assist in audit exercises.
Support employee engagement activities in the Company.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all government divisions.
Respond to external/internal requests for information.
Assist in any other tasks assigned.
Work with HR teams to continuously enhance HR processes to improve related HR Policies & Procedures/Guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
Achieve at least a Degree certificate in human resources or related field.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar field.
Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, plan, and prioritize workload.
Efficient time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
Self-motivated, hardworking, organized, diligent, flexible, focused, and able to think independently.
Able to work independently under less supervision.
