Senior Human Resource Executive (Recruitment)

Details of the offer

Manage end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, selection, offer and onboarding process of new hire.Collaborate with respective Hiring Managers on hiring needs and workforce planning.Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in human resources management or similar field.At least 2-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or a similar role.Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Good networking and relationship-building skills.
