As a member of the Talent Management team, you play a key role in implementation and administration of talent management succession planning, organisation management in SAP SuccessFactors, management of External Appointments, Critical Skills Identification and other initiatives.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Support SGH management team in the identification of talents, high potentials and successors of key leadership positions Provide secretariat support to the Talent Board and ensures that all development action plans for high potentials are up to date. Ensure prompt and accurate submission of the HR BSC results to the respective departments in SGH and SingHealth. Collaborate with various SingHealth strategic partners to ensure potential successor identification, development and engagement. Co-design talent development and engagement programmes/framework and co-facilitate talent engagement initiatives. Design and conduct briefing to stakeholders which may include (not limited to ) talent management initiatives, end user system familiarisation Work with the SingHealth Hospital Management Executive (HME) Unit on the postings, emplacement coordination, performance management and engagement of HMEs Manage end-to -end process for key leadership appointments for management approval Manage organisation setup in SAP SuccessFactors and review of organisation chart Manage external appointments reviews and audits in compliance to policy Review and co-design critical skills identification framework and process Participate in projects and committees as assigned Job requirements Good degree in any discipline, preferably in HR 2 years of relevant HR / Talent Management experience. More experience candidates will be considered for Senior Exec position. IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred Possess strong communications, writing and stakeholder engagement skills Meticulous and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
