Job Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual closings, including preparing financial statements, management accounts and cash flows, covering actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in preparing financial statements and related reports.
Assist in cash flow projections and treasury management.
Manage SST, taxation, and deferred tax requirements and coordinate with tax agents to address issues and ensure compliance with all tax deadlines.
Prepare and review reports to meet corporate and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely submission.
Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, tax agents, lawyers, company secretaries, and bankers.
Handle ad-hoc financial and accounting assignments as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in accounting, i.e. MIA, ACCA or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
