Senior Human Resources Manager (Based at Genting Highlands)Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing and administration; maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Develop HR strategies & plans to meet the business requirements and ensure its effective implementation.
Continuously review HR processes & procedures and propose recommendations to ensure current policies in relation to business & operational needs.
Identify & develop talents to support organisational requirements and manage workforce planning to ensure clarity of roles, standards, performance, and the right manpower to support operational requirements and business objectives.
Succession planning skill in defining and measuring roles will be necessary.
Manage and implement Training & Development policies & plans for continuous employee learning.
Manage the performance management system which includes KPI setting and performance reviews.
Manage Industrial Relations matters, including investigation, domestic inquiry, and disciplinary action, suspension, and termination of employment.
Ensure HR governance and compliance is met for all legislative and internal controls processes.
Implement HR operational and engagement initiatives to support HR plans and strategies.
Manage Expat & FW (Foreign Worker) related matters, including IR & ER, application of new foreign workers & expatriates, work permit renewal, Fomema, immigration matters, farms safety & health, 5s, and security.
Handle workers' grievances, IR & ER matters, and foreign workers hostel management and matters pertaining to workers' discipline.
Well-versed with Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, HR compliance, and Workmen Compensation.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Degree/Diploma in HRM (Human Resources Management) or equivalent.
At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field.
Hands-on and well-versed with Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act.
Computer literacy – MS Office & HRIS, Payroll System.
Strong analytical skills and result-oriented.
Must be effective communicators and fluent in both oral and written: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess professional and personal standards, integrity, and strong work ethics.
Self-initiative, independent, and able to work under pressure.
Detail-oriented, precise, independent, and able to complete the work until perfection with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of responsibility and positive disposition.
Able to work efficiently and effectively in line with the management's plan and work beyond normal working hours.
Experience in Food & Beverage or Plantation background will be an added advantage.
Candidate must be able to work on the field when needed.
Candidate must possess own transport and be willing to work in Genting Highlands, Pahang.
