Scope of duties are outlined as below, but not limited to:
-Develop marketing plans, content ideas, and customizing proposals
-Brainstorm new and creative approaches to influencer marketing campaigns
-Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
-Liaising with Clients, Business Development Team, Influencer Strategists, and Project Managers to curate and coordinate marketing strategies.
-Proactively coming up with solutions throughout the planning and execution stage of a campaign
-Execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
-Managing influencer campaigns from start to finish by coordinating with involved parties
-Analyse campaign performance
-Assisting Influencer Marketing Manager in coaching and mentoring junior Influencer Brand Planner or interns to support proposal development, client servicing matters, and campaign operations or executions.
-To provide guidance and coordinate the members of IBP unit in the absence of the manager and monitor the progress of junior members' performance.

-Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing or any relevant background.
-Excellent in written and spoken English.
-Able to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
-A people-person who loves networking and is great at building relationships.
-Aggressive, committed, and results-driven.
-Detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Highly motivated, positive, and outgoing personality.
-Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns is mandatory
-Proficiency in all 3 main languages is a plus.
-Able to work long hours whenever required (i.e. attend client events), as part of a self-motivated initiative.
