Scope of duties are outlined as below, but not limited to:
Campaigns:
? Following up on influencer brief template
? Coordination of briefing session with client for further alignment on expectations
? Educating client on execution SOP
? Coordinate on execution plans which consists of Influencer Campaign Tracker, liaison of KOLs for availability, coordination on delivery / contact details and briefing with KOLs based on client and campaign's expectations
? Overseeing the campaigns from start to finish by communicating with involved parties to ensure a successful execution through virtual coordination or on ground
? Recapping on daily progress via WhatsApp, email and Slack groups
? Develop post campaign and interim reports which entails of the insights, recap, concerns and learnings as well as the results of the overall campaign
? Initiating on scheduling a post mortem call with the client for their better understanding on learnings, concerns, suggestions and ways to move forward
? Analyzing the current trends to be suggested to clients throughout or post campaign
Task:
? Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders by building a personal database of various niche of influencers
? Develop content ideas and curate content which could help compliment the brief shared for the postings to garner better traction
? Researching on relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
? Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer marketing campaigns
? Liaise with various departments under BUZZER to ensure a smooth coordination and workflow
? To communicate with influencers virtually or on ground
? Training interns and new members of the team for them to understand the flow and SOP of the department
? Suggesting on ways for the department to improve from time to time
? Keep abreast of problems to be proactive in finding solutions
? To provide good consultation throughout for clients with a full understanding of industry updates, current trends, data and insights
? Showcasing effort in contributing to the growth of the department and team

; Requirements:- ? Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing or any relevant background.
? Excellent in written and spoken English.
? Able to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
? A people-person who loves networking and is great at building relationships.
? Aggressive, committed, and results driven.
? Detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Highly motivated, positive, and outgoing personality.
? Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns is mandatory
? Proficiency in all 3 main languages is a plus.
? Able to work long hours whenever required (i.e. attend client events), as part of a self-motivated initiative.
