Senior Information Security Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesProviding 24 x 7 supports for security in production systems as necessary to proactively protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information of the company.
Provide access related support to users from across the globe for various critical application platforms, troubleshooting authorization issues, researching user issues relative to security.
Technical execution of security management and user administration procedures.
Maintain user security roles supporting production and DR/BCP environments.
ID unlocks/Password reset of user accounts for various applications/platforms.
Handle support calls related to security issues such as PID withdrawals (ID release or ID key in), and password resets for UA security tasks for various platforms.
Close follow up with accurate and timely resolution is critical.
BusinessThe ICS Protect team protect the Bank from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security technology services, managing, and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of Bank's business operations; and meet the both internal and external stakeholders' expectations across 70+ countries and territories, in which SCB operates.
ProcessesThis role is accountable for ensuring the ICS protect services are adherent to all relevant Group standards, processes, and policies.
The criticality of services provided by CS means there is emphasis, diligence and rigor on process adherence and risk management.
The performance of CS services is audited and often reported to regulators.
People & TalentThis role is accountable of working with teams of technical people in delivering ICS Protect services.
This role is responsible for ensuring all Authentication and Password Security services adhere to Group Risks Management Standards and all services are audit ready at any given time.

Key stakeholdersArchitecture, Site Reliability Engineering and Service heads who own the strategy and roadmap for ICS Protect.
Project teams that deliver new services or improve existing services via projects or initiatives.
Service Management team (change management team, major incident management team, support teams locally in countries where we operate, and ICS services are consumed).
Application support teams (other application teams that rely on ICS services).
Internal Risk Management teams and auditors.
Technology and Innovation (CIO Function) team.
Other ResponsibilitiesTake part in on-boarding newer capabilities/products into production support by reviewing all non-functional requirements, service validation and ensuring compliance to technology delivery assurance.
Contribute in security product roadmap and strategy.
Support on-boarding of all newer capabilities into ICS Protect.
Engage with other transversal technology services teams like data centre, database and platform support, ensuring there is adequate awareness of security tools, products and services, its significance to the security ecosystem for the bank.

QualificationsAt least 1 year of relevant experience in IT, with some experience in Identity & Access / IAM / Information Security operations.
Able to work on weekend/public holiday and night shift.
Experience in Banking and Call Centre services sector preferred.
Detail oriented, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks in an efficient manner.
Ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts and make recommendations in written and oral form.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment.
Time management skills with the ability to effectively follow up and track information.
Experience working in a geographically dispersed team is an added advantage.
High level of competence with MS Office.
Having Graduates, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or any field relevant to Info Security or its equivalent.
