Our client is seeking a Senior Insurance & Takaful Sales Consultant to join their company!
What you'll be doing?
Market and sell a wide range of Bancassurance life insurance products suitable for the bank's existing and potential customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
Provide professional advice and appropriate financial products based on bank client needs.
Work with the Branch Manager (BM) and Banca Business Manager (BBM) to ensure sales activities align with business direction.
Ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent service after sales.
Plan promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
Review performance with the Branch Manager.
Ensure licensing and CPD requirements are met prior to selling Bancassurance life insurance products.
Who are they looking for?
Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM with 5 passes, including Bahasa Malaysia, or a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in Banca sales-related roles.
Candidates with full insurance licenses (PCE/CEILI/TBE) will have an added advantage.
