We are an interior architecture design company established in 2006, managed by two creative partners with 50+ years of combined experience in hospitality interior design.
Creating interiors for new developments, refurbishments, or re-branding hotels.
We successfully create hospitality interiors hand in hand with numerous hotel operators, on their various brands with their owners and varying budgets around the world.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Managing and developing the detailing/DD for the full coordination of drawings from concept through construction documentation.
Knowledge in technical interior architecture finishes & detailing for hospitality interiors is a must-have.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be proactive and able to communicate well with other team members and consultants.
Ideal Profile
Main characteristic:
Designaholic, passionate, with good hand sketching ability.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in Interior Design/Architecture.
A strong portfolio of past projects.
A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the hospitality industry.
Experience with most associated 'design' software.
Abilities in problem-solving, creative and lateral thinking, organization, and time management all tempered with common sense.
Teamworking, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
The ability to travel internationally if/when required.
