Manage multiple design projects, balancing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet client objectives.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Conduct regular project reviews to track progress, resolve issues, and adjust designs as necessary.

Client Interaction and Relationship Management :
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their design needs and expectations are met.
Conduct client meetings, present design proposals, and provide ongoing communication throughout the design and construction phases.
Understand client preferences and incorporate them into design solutions while providing expert advice and guidance.

Technical Knowledge and Documentation :
Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications.
Ensure designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements.
Provide technical guidance on materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements.
Prepare and review technical drawings and design presentations for accuracy.

Team Leadership and Mentorship :
Lead, mentor, and supervise junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and development.
Oversee design teams and delegate tasks, ensuring that design work meets deadlines and quality standards.
Promote a collaborative and positive team environment.

Budget and Resource Management :
Prepare and manage design project budgets, ensuring cost-effective design solutions while maintaining quality.
Source materials, furniture, and finishes, considering cost, aesthetics, sustainability, and lead times.
Oversee the procurement process, ensuring that materials are delivered on time and within budget.
7.
Quality Control and Final Execution :
Ensure that design concepts are accurately translated into the final built environment.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that the design is being executed as planned.
Address any issues or deviations from the design during construction and offer solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
5-10 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or lead designer role.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, lighting, and space planning.
