General Requirements:
Years of working experience: Min.
3 years
Important pre-requisite/ must-have experience:
Managed and dealt with clients (high-end clients preferred)
Manage & lead projects to handover
Priority for the candidate who managed before PREMIUM residential projects with MIN.
bungalow level
Qualification: Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
Required languages: English (Good), BC (Good), Bahasa Malaysia.
Required Skills:
Thorough thinker & Efficient executor
Software literacy: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
Highly efficient & no procrastination
Able to work independently without supervision throughout the process
Always reporting/updating automatically
