Senior Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Urgent

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all QS operations (take-off quantity, BQ preparation, sourcing for quotation and analysis, comparing and evaluating material cost) Responsible for purchasing functions, including sourcing, selection, and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare monthly site valuation report and work progress report. Coordinate with contractor and site personnel. Prepare the subcontractor's monthly claims for manager approval. Evaluate and prepare the project progress claim. Cost estimation for structure & ID.   Job Requirements : Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree, Quantity Survey At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the structure / renovation / ID field is required for this position. Strong knowledge and understanding Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to work independently and diligently. Possess own transport. Willing to travel between site to site.
