Senior Internal Communications Specialist - Regional, People Team

Job Description:Develop innovative and effective internal communications strategies and clear narratives that are tailored to employees across the regionOversee the internal communications channels and delivery of content, including but not limited to global updates, leadership communications, town halls, newsletter, memosWork closely with senior stakeholders to provide advice and content on the most optimal communication channel to ensure effective implementation of communication plansProactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses, functions, and regions to drive communications initiatives, uncover gaps and ensure effective implementation of communications plansReport and provide insights on the impact and performance of communication solutions and activitiesRequirements:Bachelor's Degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in internal communications or relevant fieldsExperience in developing creative and effective approaches to difficult communications challengesExperience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies is a plusStrong critical thinking skills and ability to comprehend complex messages and business needs, and simplify ideas for ease of communication to the workforceAbility to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and standardsStrong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups including senior managementAbility to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job doneAgility in leading multiple complex projects and pivoting quickly to changing needs/environments
