Job Description As an IT Oracle Supply Chain systems analyst , you will work with business and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions as part of our major transformation program that includes major initiatives in Planning, Procurement and Transportation/ Logistics.
You will partner with IT leads and vendors for implementing solutions in various supply chain areas.
In addition the candidate should have a working knowledge of the following: Up to 8+ years of experience as Oracle Applications Supply Chain Techno Functional Analyst with in-depth expertise in Oracle Planning modules.Highly desired 5+ years of experience in on-prem value chain planning modules like Advanced Supply Chain Planning(ASCP) and Demantra or relevant Oracle cloud Fusion modules like Demand Management, Supply Planning , Backlog Management, Sales & Operations planning etc.Create functional design and technical specifications to extend and enhance Supply Chain applications including On-prem Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion cloud.Experience working in agile scrum methodologies to deliver projects and enhancements.Exposure to Oracle/other Cloud Applications like procurement , Order management modules is a plus.Exposure to the latest digital technologies like Robotic process automation, ChatBots, AI/ML is an added advantage.#LI-WL1Basic RequirementsCandidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering or any relevant field from an accredited college or universityExperience: Up to seven (7) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experienceExperience in IT Operations required, with experience of implementing or supporting oracle supply chain modules in On-prem eBS or Oracle Fusion cloud.Ability to strategize, plan and implement changeOutstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operationsPossess critical thinking and investigation skillsAbility to foster effective working relationships and build consensusAbility to research and interpret relevant regulations, guidelines, and standardsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.Essential qualities include organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently, attention to detail, positive client service attitude, the ability to multitask, and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities.
