Overview:
We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team. You will be responsible for technical and administration activities of IT server and services which will include deployment, configuring, maintenance, upgrading and migration. You will also take charge of troubleshooting and providing solutions if there are any issues. You will be reporting to the IT Manager and will have the exciting opportunity to be part of an IT infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing virtualization infrastructure such as VMware, Nutanix, VDI, etc.
Administration of Windows server and services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File server, ERP, etc.
Implementing and managing DevOps system.
Monitoring the performance of all software and hardware, installing servers, configuring systems, and ensuring every technical aspect is running smoothly.
Supporting and driving other daily server operations and security tasks.
Providing hands-on user support in the office and remotely.
Writing user manuals and KB in ServiceNow.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or a related qualification.
5+ years of working experience in system administration.
Experience with VMware, Nutanix, VDI, ERP, Windows Active Directory and Backup solutions.
Experience in administration, configuration and maintenance of Windows Server (version 2012 to 2022) and Unix Server (Ubuntu, RedHat).
Some programming/scripting experience e.g. PowerShell, bash or python.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-driven, good at learning and breaking down complex topics.
Able to manage your own work from start to finish.
Customer-centric orientation.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Teamwork & Partnership.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work outside of local business hours occasionally.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified) are preferred.Additional Information
