Senior It Programmer

Develop applications and systems for multiple platforms (PC, server, and mobile phones).
Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot any in-house developed applications (including software, systems, and programs).
Code any plug-ins and add-ons to existing external software applications, including implementations and testing to extend or enhance external software applications.
Code, test, and implement any in-house developed applications with the help of the IT Administrator.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance testers, to deliver successful projects.
Teach users how to use in-house software applications.
Mentor and guide junior programmers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Write manuals for the software developed.
Conduct training or refresher sessions.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in programming.
Knowledge in SQL and Microsoft .NET language is a must.
Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, a fast learner, and thrive on prompt problem solving.
