Responsibilities: Responsible to assist the Software Manager to manage the overall IT – Hospitality & Tourism Division's software-related project / ERP Implementation and software-related matters.Work together with Hospitality & Tourism HODs/users/software vendors/suppliers to ensure that the approved software / ERP projects done by vendors/suppliers are as per agreed specifications.Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, software quality, and innovation. Focus on more effective, efficient, and cost-effective software methods.Responsible to research, identify, propose and initiate new / upgrades/enhancements on software, ERP-related, and maintenance issues.Responsible to develop, evaluate, and action software-related operation methods, processes, end-user training & development, quality standards, cost, and system to exceed Company expectations. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of working experience, result-oriented and is capable of a global approach to software management in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.Knowledge in software research, implementation, end-user training, management, maintenance is a prerequisite.
