Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
Develop and implement the overall IT strategy to support business objectives, including digital transformation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Technology Infrastructure and Operations
Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, CRM, and ERP systems.
Ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems and applications, minimizing downtime and disruptions in operations.
Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data, customer information, and business operations.
Digital Transformation and Customer Experience
Lead digital initiatives such as mobile app development, online ordering platforms, loyalty programs, and customer analytics to enhance the customer experience.
Work with marketing and customer service teams to develop and integrate digital engagement strategies.
Implement data-driven insights to understand customer preferences and improve personalized service.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Establish and manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
Oversee contract negotiations, SLAs, and ongoing vendor performance to support strategic IT initiatives.
Data Management and Analytics
Implement data governance policies and tools to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
Support business intelligence and analytics functions to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Leverage analytics to optimize inventory, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
Manage IT budget and resource allocation, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and teamwork across departments.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including PCI-DSS, data protection laws, and other relevant standards.
Implement and monitor risk management policies and disaster recovery plans to safeguard business continuity.
Job Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of IT experience within retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
Proficiency in retail and restaurant technologies (e.g., POS systems, ERP, CRM, data analytics, and cybersecurity).
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Able to communicateMandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia.
