Job Title : Senior/Junior Application Consultant Job Purpose  Implement & perform module setup for Rymnet HRMS  Conduct requirement study, training & UAT session  Coordinate with internal Tech Development team on Customization  Provide support to end user to troubleshoot technical and functional issues Principal Accountabilities  Ensure project deliver according to the agreed timeline & scope  Ensure all control document is properly documented  Ensure the result is correct for Parallel Run & UAT  Support, coordinate and feedback to client within SLA  Ensure accurate handover to Customer Support upon Client readiness.
Job Requirement Bachelors Degree and above in Computing and Software Development related.
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software.
At least 1 year in full cycle web application development Preferred (added advantage): Programming knowledge IT System logical process and flow Familiarity with HR Management System Good Networking with external customers Technical Competencies: Understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
SQL knowledge Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Behavioral Competencies: Critical & Logic Thinking Work independent & proactively Communication Skill
