Job DescriptionJob Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Personnels to join our growing team. The candidate will undertake account management services for customers and will be responsible for driving sales of petrochemical polyolefin resins to industrial businesses, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities to meet the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Sales Leads:Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Client Engagement:Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Targets:Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives.
Product Knowledge:Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Customer Support:Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collection Tracking:Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely payments by negotiating payment plans when necessary.
Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Internal Platform Support:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales service and resolve any customer issues.
Job RequirementsKey Qualifications:
Education:Degree/Diploma in Business, Sales or Marketing would be an advantage.
Experience:1-5 years of experience in customer interaction tasks.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Results-driven and able to work independently.
Capable of thinking critically and overcoming obstacles to close deals.
