Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactiveSenior Account Managerwho will play a critical role in driving our marketing strategies and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing within the industrial or manufacturing sectors. This role is pivotal in managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and contributing significantly to our marketing direction.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage and Grow Key Accounts:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that optimize their filtration systems.Customer Satisfaction:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.Marketing Direction
Develop Marketing Strategies:Collaborate with the marketing team to build brand presence and generate high-quality leads.
Focus on addressing customer pain points in all marketing communications.Content Contribution:Provide insights for content creation, such as blogs and case studies, highlighting our expertise in filtration optimization.Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our product offerings.Sales Strategy Development:Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Assist in setting sales targets and forecasting.Work closely with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall performance.
Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff.
Business Development
New Business Acquisition:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
Develop proposals and conduct presentations to potential clients.Networking:Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the industrial filtration, manufacturing, or related industries.Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of filtration systems and industrial applications is highly desirable.Marketing Acumen:Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.Key Skills and Competencies
