We are committed to excellence and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join their team.
Your new role
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to manage and grow our key accounts within the pharmacy channels.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in account management, particularly with local key accounts, international key accounts, and independent pharmacies.
The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including local and international pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmacy channels.
Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of account strategies.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management.
What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Life Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience managing pharmacy channels, including local key accounts, international key accounts, and independent pharmacies.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
