Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs & objectives.
Conduct effective business meetings with key accounts and extend these discussions to high-level management to gain valuable business insights.
Track and analyze key account performance metrics, such as sales revenue, key accounts satisfaction, and retention rates.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and take appropriate actions to drive continuous improvement.
Stay attuned to market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to develop market intelligence that continuously strengthens the company's market position.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts and expand the business relationship by introducing value-added products and services.
Any other duties as assigned.
RequirementsAt least a Diploma/Advanced diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical and other Engineering related fields.
At least 5 years or more of sales experience (semiconductor related will be a plus).
Sales & Engineering experience in Semiconductor Front/Back-End process (related technical background will be a plus).
Experienced in managing key accounts, suppliers, and corporate-level associates and management.
Able to travel on short notice.
