Senior Landscape Architect

Ideal Candidate will have the following qualities
- Have a good design & artistic flair
- Meticulous at enforcing high standards of design details
- An excellent team player, enjoy collaborative works
- Solution oriented, and able to oversee the entire process of design development and ensure designs to be well interpreted and properly constructed on site
- Great at presentation design and documentation
- Able to read and understand building plans, prepare submission documents, drawings, liaise with various local authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, specialists, artisans etc.
- Top management and coordination skills with landscaping works
- At least 5 years of working experience in Landscape Architecture.
- A Bachelor Degree is preferable
- Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
- A good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lumion or 3D rendering software, Sketch up is an added advantage
- Must be willing to travel from and to few different sites/ locations and possess own transport.
