Primary Objective:
Drive the organization's learning and development strategy by designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning programs that align with business goals and staff development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management
Develop strategic learning plans aligned with the stakeholders' business strategies, organizational goals and objectives
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and development opportunities for respective businesses
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technology partner into feasible learning solutions
Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to guide continuous improvement based on learning programmes or interventions roll-out
Programme Design
Develop engaging and effective learning programs and workshops aligned with identified learning needs and business objectives using a blended learning approach (e.g., virtual, instructor-led, self-paced, performance support)
Utilize adult learning principles and incorporate engaging instructional strategies
Source and assess appropriate learning technologies and tools to support the implementation of the programmes designed
Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and impact on individual and organizational performance
Programme Delivery
Deliver impactful learning programs in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments
Utilize strong facilitation skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment, promote active participation, and foster critical thinking
Manage the learning flow, adjust content based on learner needs, and provide constructive feedback to enhance knowledge retention and skill development.
Requirement:
Master or Degree (preferably in instructional design, educational technology, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, instructional technology, education, or related field.
Experience in the area of learning delivery and technology is an added advantage.
Proficient in using learning technologies, authoring and video conferencing tools, and platforms such as learning management systems (LMS).
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design, learning practices, learning processes, trends and standard.
Content and assessment development including behaviour-based and realistic scenarios.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Good project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address learning challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
