JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct lectures for the Undergraduate/Postgraduate programs in the largest undergraduate Psychology program in the country.
Supervise research at the undergraduate/postgraduate level.
Conduct trainings/seminars/workshops aimed at educating/training individuals and corporate/community partners of the Department of Psychology at HELP University.
Design and execute formative and summative assessment including marking that is aligned with student learning outcomes.
Provide feedback to students on their learning through student consultations.
Conduct research in areas as per discussion with Dean/Head of Department.
Publish papers and present papers at local and international conferences.
Other duties within the Department and University as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Masters-qualification in Psychology (PhD-qualifications are preferred).
Candidates MUST have a background in Clinical Psychology.
More than 5 years of experience in teaching/research/supervision will be preferred (candidates with less than 5 years of experience but demonstrate exceptional teaching ability/technical skills for research supervision will also be considered).
Team-player.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-disciplined and self-motivated (especially when working from home).
