Job Description:
Litigation Lawyers
To attend to all litigation matters and be able to attend Court matters involving Motor Insurance Claims etc.
Drafting pleadings, cause papers, and submission.
Preparing legal opinion, and conducting research on all legal and related matters.
Prepare status reports and updates to superiors and clients.
To attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.
Candidates are expected to have good communication skills and be able to work with minimum supervision.
Training will be provided.
Seeking hardworking and qualified candidates.
Experience in Insurance Claim matters will be an added plus.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The candidate should possess good drafting, analytical and research skills.
The candidate should also be willing to learn and thrive under pressure.
Qualified candidates should be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Qualified candidates should be meticulous, detail-oriented and diligent.
Qualified candidates should have good interpersonal skills.
Qualified candidates should be responsible, punctual and committed.
