In your new role as a Senior Logistics Manager, you'll focus on optimising logistics operations across a diverse range of chemical products.
You'll ensure timely and accurate delivery, manage transportation and coordinate with third-party drivers and logistics providers.
Your responsibilities will include cross-border trucking and the meticulous management of chemical residues.
By developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance, you'll drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Leading a dedicated team, you'll foster collaboration and drive continuous process improvements.What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience in managing logistics operations across the chemical manufacturing and distribution industry and similar sectors.
Expertise incross-border truckingand ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Proficient in logistics planning and delivery planning , ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Strong skills indriver management, geofencing, GPS tracking , and implementation of new process improvements to improve logistics operations and on-time deliveries.
Experienced in designing SOPs/KPIs and have proactive operational support and problem-solving skills.
Strong people management skills - build and polish team members to maximise the logistics function's potential.
