Reporting to:Engineering and Maintenance Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesManage, supervise and provide technical advice related to mechanical systems and provide support to other sub-departments as required.
Work on the plant maintenance assignments related to OPEX and CAPEX with proper justification, work plan, costing, payback, and sustainability.
Able to work using the SAP system to manage maintenance jobs, spare parts, and assets.
Prepare necessary reports/training material and train and coach subordinates to upskill their technical knowledge on a monthly basis.
Understand GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety requirements of the plant and ensure maintenance jobs are executed as per requirements.
Identify, plan, execute, and monitor maintenance jobs to strictly follow Kerry Safety Standards, KIRMS, ISO45001, ISO14001, and local statutory requirements.
Understand the Environmental Sustainability objectives and lead the team to achieve the given targets.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on services and spare parts, ensuring the maintenance budget is controlled and communicated effectively to the Maintenance Manager and Engineering Buyer.
Provide technical support to the Engineering Store as needed to ensure spare parts management follows Kerry Standards.
Assist and take over regular duties from the Maintenance Manager whenever requested.
Qualifications and SkillsDegree in any Engineering discipline.
At least 15 years of working experience in a related field.
Certified Chargemen - AO minimum.
Good knowledge in electrical and instrumentation.
