Senior Maintenance Executive (Salary Up To Rm 5,000)

Company Background:
We are representing a fast-growing furniture manufacturing company in Klang. As they are expanding, they are hiringSenior Maintenance Executiveto join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all installations, repairs, and upkeep operations for the company's facilities.
Oversee the development, implementation, and adherence of all preventive maintenance projects.
Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions.
Assist with the maintenance of the calendar contracted services or when required.
Ensure adequate supply of products is available for daily maintenance and emergency requirements.
Maintain accurate records for all routine inspections of equipment and daily work logs.
Job Requirements:
MinimumDiploma in any relevant field.
Minimum3 years of working experiencein the Maintenance Department.
Knowledgeable aboutbuilding maintenance, electrical systems, air conditioning, ventilation systems, fire protection systems, painting, and general carpentry repairs.
Candidate fromthe manufacturing industrywould be an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin (Due to business nature).
Job Details:
Working Hour: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm // Alternate Saturday (Halfday).
