SENIOR TECHNICIANS – TEST MAINTENANCEJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overall equipment uptime in Front of Line machines & fixtures.
Willing to work overtime when there is a need to support operation or short of manpower.
Responsible for spare parts tracking, replenishment, and updates.
Work closely with in-house automation team on new equipment release for buy-off and installation.
Work closely with process engineering team on yield improvement related to machine & fixtures performance.
Responsible to emphasize safety-first attitude in ensuring zero accidents occur.
Responsible to keep maintenance records per ISO requirement.
Responsible to achieve KPI being set by section manager.
Always pass down unfinished tasks to incoming shift to avoid duplication of effort.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical.
Minimum 5 years experience in die attached machines and wire-bonders will be an added advantage.
Willing to work on 12-hour shifts, independently and able to solve basic technical issues.
Experience working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment.
Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge.
Must exhibit a strong sense of analytical skills with a hands-on working attitude.
Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company.

Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and improve yield.
Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes to manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage for this position.
Observational skills to notice discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshoot at an appropriate level, and involve senior members of staff.
Communication skills to communicate and interface well with peers, enhancing teamwork.

Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, ISO, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping guidelines.
Responsible for providing technical support on labeling equipment per engineer instruction to ensure uninterrupted production.
Responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, debugging software bugs, and performing the necessary repairs.
Responsible for performing periodic verification and calibration of testers, printers, MOI, and other automated equipment.
Ensure preventive maintenance is done according to the schedule and proper documentation of all checklists are completed.
Ensure minimum downtime and perform troubleshooting to minimize further rejects of the product or further damages to the machinery.
Measurement: Repair time, conversion time, and machine downtime with 2hrs escalation to the management.
To respond to the line issue swiftly to ensure smooth production flow and to ensure effective shift to shift feedback.
To safeguard the labeling debug locator to eliminate unnecessary aging/scrap and provide an accurate rework disposition.
Perform verification on the OSA & Barrel lens inspection and Visual mechanical inspection fallout as per Agile document.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Science/Engineering preferably majoring in Electronics or Electrical.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in MNC industries.
