Drive the accomplishment of targeted sales and growth metrics set by the Company.
This includes actively identifying opportunities, formulating strategies to improve sales figures, and executing plans that align with corporate goals.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for monitoring progress towards KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Work within established business policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all activities.
This includes ensuring all actions align with the company's legal, ethical, and operational standards, with a focus on quality control and risk mitigation.
Oversee the implementation of corporate sales policies, ensuring that these standards are consistently met by both internal teams and external partners.
The Business Development Manager will regularly review compliance processes, addressing any policy breaches and providing corrective guidance when necessary to maintain alignment with corporate sales objectives.
Regularly assess dealer performance in terms of corporate sales, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
This includes analyzing sales trends, understanding market dynamics, and providing training or resources to help dealers optimize their performance within the corporate sales segment.
The Business Development Manager will actively support dealer development to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
Act as a primary point of contact for the dealer network, providing ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and offer assistance in aligning dealer practices with corporate goals.
This role requires frequent communication and collaboration with dealers to enhance their engagement and foster a partnership-oriented relationship.
Use data, dealer feedback, and industry insights to recommend process enhancements and strategic initiatives that could improve efficiency, dealer performance, or overall sales results.
The Business Development Manager will analyze existing processes and proactively suggest changes that align with the company's long-term vision, supporting a continuous improvement culture.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in sales and business development, strategic planning and strong track record in sales.
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
