Senior Manager, Claims Advocacy (Construction Insurance Claims) What can you expect? This will be an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a highly motivated, well established and professional claims advocacy team of Marsh Singapore. We are looking for a claims advocate who is specialised inplex construction-related insurance claims, including property damage, delay in start-up, and professional indemnity claims. We will count on you to: Provide coverage and claims strategy guidance to clients on construction and/or professional indemnity claims in order to advocate for optimal claim oues Represent clients in claim meetings and negotiations in order to achieve timely and favorable settlements Assist with claim preparation for construction claims, including where appropriate providing analysis from a delay analysis and/or forensic accounting perspective if possible Drive the claims process for clients, with supervision in order to ensure progress from notification through to closure. Monitor insurer response and engages with insurers and their professional advisers on moderatelyplex queries and policy coverage discussions in order to support smooth review of claims for clients. Draftmunication documents for clients, such as correspondence letters, claims calculations and reviews documents prepared by the clients in order to support the claims process of moderateplexity for clients. Analyse claims related data such as loss statistics, key trends, cost reduction opportunities and other data in order to facilitate development of action plans to manage client's total cost of risk. Interact closely with individual CEs, Claims Advocacy colleagues and Claims Operations colleagues to provide feedback to the team in making the claims process smooth What you need to have: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related disciplines. Minimum 7 years of experience in construction industry, construction insurance, insurance claims, and/or related disciplines. Strong expertise and specialization in construction professional indemnity claims. Attained minimum AMII, ANZIF, AICLA, BCILA, BCCITB, ACII, CILA or equivalent. What makes you stand out?
