Materials, andregulations.Strong understanding of projectmanagement methodologies (e.g., PMP).Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solvingskills.Leadership skills with the ability tomotivate and lead teams.Proficient in projectmanagement software and construction estimatingsoftware.Experience in ERP management will bean added advantage.JobResponsibilities: 1.0 Project Leadership &Management: Ensuresthat all operational processes are running efficiently. Thisincludes optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and schedulingto meet client demands and project timelines. By implementingstandard operating procedures, can reduce bottlenecks and improveoverall efficiency.Provide strategic directionand leadership for assigned Facilities Management andInterconnection Facility HV Transmission project from conception tocompletion.Develop and manage project plans,schedules, budgets, and resources.Oversee allaspects of project execution, including procurement, contractmanagement, construction activities, quality control and team KPIbusiness scorecards.Create new SOPs, enhanceexisting ones, put established SOPs into practice, and evaluateeach SOP once it has been put into practice to make sure thatexecution and compliance is at the highest possiblelevel.Manage project risks and developcontingency plans to mitigate potentialissues.Conducting regular assessments andmeeting with team of project milestones and outcomes to identifyareas for improvement and facilitate corrective actions whenprojects are veering off course.2.0 Client Communication &Relationship Management: Maintain clear and consistent communicationwith clients throughout the projectlifecycle.Present project updates and reportsto clients regularly.Identify and pursue newproject opportunities.Involve with proposalsand presentations for potential clients.3.0 Strategic Planning and DevelopmentDevelop Business Strategies Formulates long-term strategic goals that drivethe company's vision.
