Senior Manager, Corporate Finance & Investor RelationsResponsibilities:
Strategic Corporate Finance : Develop the financial framework to support growth, optimize capital structure, and lead valuation, modeling, and investor material preparation.
Negotiate with key partners and guide the Corporate Finance team.
Investor Relations : Build and execute strategies to enhance market confidence, act as the primary investor liaison, and organize investor engagements such as roadshows and earnings calls.
Compliance and Governance : Ensure adherence to capital market regulations, corporate governance standards, and accurate, timely public disclosures.
