Senior Manager, Distribution Strategy (Health Insurance)position with leading Life Insurance company, to be based in Klang Valley.
YOUR NEW COMPANY
This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional Life Insurance coverage.
Due to market growth, the company requires a Senior Manager under Distribution Strategy Team to join its global dynamic business.
YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be counted on to research, plan and implement Sales Strategy for Sales Distribution Channels, in order to grow the Health Insurance Business.
You are also required to motivate the sales team to focus on Health Insurance through closely evaluating the overall Health Insurance Sales performance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
8-10 years and above of working experience in the Life Insurance industry, preferable experience in planning sales strategy/ Sales Distribution Management.
Knowledge in Health Insurance is a must.
Experience in leading a small team will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
