Job Description
Lead a centralized team responsible for general administration, including security management, staff uniforms, shuttle bus services, pantry services, office cleaning, and other administrative tasks.
Oversee facilities management and building services for all company-owned and rented premises, ensuring proper maintenance and cost-effectiveness within the approved budget.
Take charge of the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) agenda for HK operations, covering all functions, locations, and business units, including company-owned premises, rented warehouses, Macau, Service sites, etc.
Act as the Chairman of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee, promoting a safety culture and conducting audits and training to maintain high safety standards and awareness within the organization.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of work experience, including experience working directly with top management.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Registered Safety Officer with the HK Labor Department, with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience and knowledge of EHS practices and global trends.
Hands-on experience in general administration and driving EHS initiatives across an organization.
Experience interacting with external stakeholders, such as service vendors and government entities.
