Senior Manager - Factory Integration

Job description

In your new role you will:

Responsible for FI BE application service operation delivery and key performances (SLA, stability) and systems maintenance globally.

Strategize operation team setup, development and implementation with distributed team to meet organization needs, including resource mobilization.

Pro-active management of FI services delivery, evaluate and deploy new measures or solution in the respective areas to achieve improvements in performance, functionality, availability and cost effectiveness.

Take part in change and release management for FI services or software deployment cycle, drive user training and deployment of FI solutions in systematic way.

Manage, develop and coaching of group members distributed in various locations.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years of working experience in Factory integration or Manufacturing systems in a large scale environment, and out of which minimum 5 years with people supervision role.

Able to lead and manage a group of system analysts or engineers to deliver IT service operation support to manufacturing.

Strong people management skills, FMEA and risk assessment, and Business Process Re-engineering.

Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing, is an added advantage.

Possesses a ‘hands-on’ approach towards work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team player in a global setup.

Possesses problem solving techniques, e.g. ITIL.
