Senior Manager - Finance

Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidated management accounts and reports, business plan and filing of statutory financial statements.
Manage and review Group budget and cash flow.
Provide a financial ratio review for the Group.
Perform risk management on Group liabilities and investments.
Perform treasury and working capital management.
Ensure legal compliance on financial related matters.
Coordinate and liaise with auditors and relevant parties on statutory and legislative compliance.
Perform financial analysis for management, the Board of Trustees, and stakeholders in accordance with statutory requirements.
Review all subsidiaries' management reports, manage monthly variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance.
Enhance, develop, and implement accounting policies and procedures including automation of processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned when required.
Requirements
A Chartered Accountant from a reputable institution ( ICAEW/ICAS/ICAI/CAANZ/ACCA ) or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with at least 10 years of experience in similar roles.
Working knowledge of IFRS & MFRS with a solid technical background.
Experience in a public listed organisation is an added advantage.
Possess a high level of integrity and ethics.
Meticulous with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and multi-tasking environment.
